Return and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping with Crafty Home Artist! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and cancellation policy carefully to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.

Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at juliana16martis@gmail.com as soon as possible.
• After 24 hours, orders may not be eligible for cancellation, as we may have already started processing or shipping your items.

Returns

• We accept returns within 3 days of receiving your order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) in their original condition and packaging.
• To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging.
• To initiate a return, please reach out to us at juliana16martis@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part  incorrect or damaged item.

Refunds

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the item of your choice.
• if the product damaged and unused then we will provide exchange /replacement 
• exchanged/ replaced product will be delivered within 7 to 8 working days
